Feng Chia University Announces Warm and Comprehensive Salary Adjustments: 15% Raise in Academic Research Allowance for Faculty and 8% Across‑the‑Board Pay Raise for Staff

Amid salary adjustment measures announced by the Executive Yuan and various large corporations and universities, Feng Chia University unveiled its own warm‑hearted raise plan during the University’s Year‑End Appreciation Gathering on January 10. This salary adjustment covers all faculty members from lecturer level and above, and all administrative staff, including contracted and non‑tenure personnel—truly taking care of everyone at Feng Chia.
